Meet the Authors
The Colors of Malent is built by two coauthors who share a love of YA fantasy, mystery, and the kind of stories that pull you forward fast. Together, they’re crafting a growing umbrella of series, starting with DreamBound, with a steady release rhythm and a world that deepens with every book.

Tim Adams
Tim Adams is a coauthor of The Colors of Malent and a lifelong fan of science fiction and fantasy, both on the page and on the screen. Based in Hudson, New Hampshire, Tim works in IT and brings a practical, problem-solving mindset to building immersive stories with momentum and mystery. When he’s not writing, he can usually be found cheering on his twin teenagers at sports games, exploring the local food scene, or diving into the next great series.
Sam Inzerillo
Sam Inzerillo is a coauthor of The Colors of Malent and a software engineer based in Nashua, New Hampshire. A longtime reader and writer, Sam loves stories that balance wonder with real stakes, and characters who have to make hard choices when the world shifts beneath them. Outside of writing, Sam enjoys rebuilding broken laptops to donate to those in need, spending time with family, and making memories with his new granddaughter.
Writing The Colors of Malent
The goal is simple: tell page-turning YA fantasy stories with mystery at the core, and keep the releases coming. Starting with DreamBound, Tim and Sam are building a world where symbols matter, secrets have consequences, and the unknown is closer than it looks.
